چکیده
Chromogranin A (CgA) has recently reported as stress marker in superior vertebrates. It is stored granules of the chromaffin tissue and released to bloodstream from adrenal medulla pituitary after situations. The objective this work was study chromogranin variation for acute chronic fish, aiming at determining if those proteins could be suitable markers. experiment conducted consisting two treatments, stressed control meagres (Argyrosomus regius) 6 months. groups were submitted confinement netting/chasing stress. group tanks not disturbed along experiment. complementary challenge performed exposing fish air 3 min. Fish sampled blood, tissues biometry. Plasma lactate cortisol increased significantly although glucose remained stable, kidney brain adrenaline higher. Kidney CgA decreased though did change. Final weight length, growth condition index lower chronically survival rate different between treatments. markers change fish. Brain noradrenaline Both concentrations (chronic acute) Concluding, only kept same pattern both types. Although plasma have been widely studied, related still Initially, depletion considered a it needs supported by future research.

Introduction: Although recent studies show the association of eosinophils with different tumors including oral malignancies, the role of eosinophils in premalignant conditions of the oral cavity is not known precisely. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the number of eosinophils in premalignant and malignant conditions of the oral cavity and its role in progression to malignancy. Materia...
